The HP P2015dn has the right characteristics to make it a good choice for a small office or home, but the competition offers a better printer for less money.

Overall, the HP P2015dn well in black and white laser printer for a room home, office or dormitory: it is compact and fast and (usually) produces decent text and graphics. An error occurs reproducible, however, gives us a break. The Lexmark E350d series is a better value proposition: you get more features for less money, with better print quality and print speed is comparable.

For black and white laser printers are the models of the HP LaserJet P2015 fairly compact, making them a good fit for home offices and cramped apartments and crowded dorm rooms. The P2015dn model we reviewed stands 13.8 inches wide, 14.3 cm deep and 10.1 cm high and weighs only 24.3 kg. The various permutations of the P2015 vary slightly in size and weight due to features such as additional paper trays and a built-in duplex unit. The silent and dark gray tones give the printer a glance.

The main tray extends from the front of the printer and holds up to 250 sheets of plain paper. A multi-purpose tray unfolds from the front panel of the printer and can last up to 50 sheets of paper, a great feature if you often change the media. Almost the entire top of the printer is in good hands with the issue. Right through the back door is to involve direct pass-through, simply open the door. The control panel mounted on top consists of only a few lights, a Go button and a Cancel button.

Toner options are easy for the P2015 series. You can choose between the standard cartridge 3000 pages and 7000 pages high capacity cartridge. The former costs $ 81 and $ 148 last. With the high yield cartridge, the cost of printing the work of about 2.1 cents per page for text - at a reasonable cost, in line with other printers in its class. HP recommended monthly print volume (ie, the recommended maximum number of impressions per month) for the P2015 series is about 15K pages, so it should for a home or small office.
