HP Color LaserJet 1600 Printers

LaserJet 1600 printer as the same HP CLJ 2600n with fewer features. Unlike the 2600n is not ready for the 1600 through a network and can be connected via USB. Finally, the CLJ 1600 printer is compatible only with Windows PCs, the 2600n works with both PCs and Macs. Because both models use the same processor and memory, performance and print quality in use must be the same, so our assessment of these aspects of the 2600n stand for the 1600 too. With its basic features and low price (around $ 299), HP CLJ 1600 is better suited for the home office.

The HP Color LaserJet 1600 is the basis of a family color laser printer for home users or small groups with light printing needs. The 2600n and 1600 have both have 264MHz processors and 16MB of memory (memory can not be extended). Both are with a tray of 250 sheets and a single output tray 125-sheet input tray 250-sheet second is optional. Both models are rated at 8 ppm for black and white or color.
